Avocados give this yummy dessert a wide variety of anti-inflammatory nutrients as well as fibre, B vitamins and antioxidants. They are loaded with heart-healthy fats and are an important part of any healthy diet. There are a wide variety of ways to enjoy this nourishing fruit (yes it's a fruit!). Add them to salads, smash them on toast or turn them into a delicious dessert. I happen to think that the dessert form is the most delicious one...Once you try this dessert, I'm sure you'll feel the same way.
