What if I can’t stay on track for the 10 weeks?

I get it, life happens. You may get sick, have a crazy work schedule, get a puppy, have friends visiting, or anything in between that throws your progress off and makes it difficult to follow and implement change. 

It’s my job to help you navigate this program and make it work. I will do my absolute best to accomodate any life “things” that come up and get in the way of you following the program.

If things are just too crazy and you need to take a break, we can make that work too. 

What if I don’t want to take supplements?

No problem. In no way will I ever force anyone to take supplements if they are not interested in taking them. The supplement module exists because I think it’s important to provide the education around supplements, the right ones to take and things to consider before taking them. This way, if you ever decide to take supplements, you have all of the knowledge you need to make an informed decision. Keep in mind, supplements can be really beneficial and I like to make sure you have all the information you need in order to make the best decision for you and your health.

In the coaching call that week, we will discuss all options together to ensure you are 100% comfortable taking what I’m recommending. I only recommend research based, high quality products and I only recommend those that will truly benefit you and your goals.

What if I change my mind about the program; can I get a refund?

Because the program information is released to you at the time of purchase, I am unable to provide refunds. 

If something comes up that renders you unable to follow the program and engage in the coaching calls, I can absolutely put the program “on hold” for you and we can resume things whenever you are able to.

If you are unhappy with the program, I always welcome feedback! I will work with you to see what we can do to remedy the situation. Ultimately, I just want you to succeed in your goals!

What if I’m going on vacation and I need to skip a week?

No problem! You can definitely skip a week if necessary. If you have something coming up in the future, be sure to mention it to me at the start of the program so I can set you up for success both before and after your vacation.
