You can book with me right here, in minutes, but here are some important things to note:
ALL consultations other than my Online Consultation are held in person at either my Winnipeg residence in Osborne Village, or an agreed upon location like a coffee shop!
I require a minimum of 24 hours notice if you would like to cancel or reschedule your appointment (which you can do at your leisure, using my online scheduling service.)
Once you book your appointment, you’ll receive an email from me with all of the information you need, and I’ll also be in touch with you personally to confirm your appointment.

New wellness plan that builds on previous recommendations, updated to reflect successes and counterbalance struggles
Building on your initial consultation, follow-ups are designed to further your health and wellness goals.
These consultations are best scheduled 4-6 weeks after the initial consult, and are specifically designed to improve accountability and bolster your motivation and progress.
30-minute online (or phone) consultation
Condensed, easy-to-digest wellness plan with nutrition, supplement and lifestyle recommendations, delivered within 24 hours.
